Tuneful Fundraising in aid of Cornwall Blood Bikes

The Porthpyra Singers are a small mixed voice choir based in Looe.

They are a friendly group who meet on a Monday evening, 7:30 at the Riverside Chapel in West Looe. The choir welcomes new members across all voices, particularly male voices.

As a community group the choir focusses much of its singing on raising money for local charities.  Over Christmas 2017 they performed in various locations in the East of the County raised £200 for Blood Bikes; thank you to everyone who supported them.

On the 9th April our CBB volunteers Geoff and Terri Crocker posed along to the Riverside Church, East Looe to receive a cheque for the wonderful amount of £200, they were joined by on duty fleet bike rider Mike Richardson for a fly by stop.

Cornwall Blood Bikes would like to say a sincere thank you to every single member of the choir for their fundraising efforts and to the public who so generously supported the cause.

This money will help keep our wheels turning throughout Cornwall
